Description:

Technology can help court leaders better manage the judicial branch. Court leaders must be savvy about available technology tools, project planning, project management, technology standards, and how to apply technology to support court operations. Learn how to assess technology options, implement technology solutions, and manage the non-technical issues that are essential to success.

This course is designed to help judges, administrators, and clerks of court manage technology and technology resources, enhance technology management skills, and integrate technology into management strategies. Court technology professionals will find the course helpful in increasing their understanding of court functions and operations. ICM encourages state and local courts to send a judge, administrator, clerk, and information technology specialist together as a technology team-building experience.
